Shipping - All items include UK 2nd class postage (via. Royal Mail) unless otherwise specified. I aim to post your order within 2 days of receipt but if it’s for a special occasion contact me so that I can make a special trip to the post office.

Returns - in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please contact me immediately so that I can arrange a refund or replacement. I hope you will be pleased with your purchase but should you wish to return anything I will be happy to refund or exchange provided it is returned within 7 days, in a fully resalable condition.

Packaging - I try to reuse packaging, including plastic bubble wrap, and use as little as possible whilst safely wrapping your order for its journey; so the box or envelope might not always be pretty and might contain some plastic, but inside your item will be carefully gift wrapped in recycled tissue paper. Gift boxes, paper tape and tissue paper are all sourced from eco friendly companies in the UK.
Please reuse or recycle the packaging if you can.
