I’ve given these little wooden boxes a lick of grey chalk paint and printed the sliding lid with an image from original watercolour drawings and sketchbook snippets. The box contains 8 coloured pencils but would also make a lovely gift box for a special item, some handmade chocolates. or a rolled up treasure map. it would even look nice just sitting on a shelf making people wonder what was inside…I love little boxes don’t you.
