Belated Update

As you can probably see from the other posts on this “news” page, I have not been keeping on top of sharing news! I had intended to revive my blog in 2023 and write for pleasure but even that has taken a back seat as I’ve been totally preoccupied with working towards the publication of a book on cyanotype, commissioned by Search Press.
In July I went to Tunbridge Wells for the photoshoot at Search Press HQ and I can’t wait to share some the images… but that will have to wait and instead here are some pictures from the two days we spent there with photographer Mark, Editor Emily, Designer Marrianne and of course, my daughter Sara who was my hand model and chauffeur!

August and September are turning out to be very busy and exciting with several events and my first Open Studios so here are some dates for your diary :-

August 10th - September 13th “Lakes, Dales,Moors, Arts - Best of British” at RHS Harlow Carr, Harrogate.

August 18th - 20th - Factory Festival of Creative Arts, The Old Pencil Factory, Keswick.

September 2nd - 17th - EVAN Open Studios, various venues including my studio.

I also have other news which is that I’m moving again at the end of this month! Through choice this time and not very far, but this may impact on the future of my studio at Braithwaite , So if you’ve been thinking of booking a workshop please don’t hesitate because I’m not sure how much longer I can justify the luxury of such a large space.
